HAIR GROWTH CHALLENGE ROUTINE


To so many ladies here, our greatest challenge is growing our edges.You see,am with you in this and so i thought of embarking on a 3-month challenge to improve my edges.
If you're interested and wanna join the train,below are the rules:
1.Take a pix of your edges before embarking on the challenge
2.No fixing of weavon
3.No braids. If at all you must braid, avoid ur edges!
4.If u must use wigs, avoid wigs that will tightly grip ur edges
5.Enough consumption of fruits,Veggies and water
6.Daily edge massage (a gentle massage in circular motion is advised)
7.Avoid stress and anxiety
8.Faithfulness and commitment is the key to this challenge.


Our growth challenge routine:
WEEKLY APPLICATION: Choose anyone of the below application and should be done weekly,preferably on ur wash days.1.ONION JUICE (Peel the skin of your fresh onion,wash,grate and sieve out the juice using a clean white handkerchief or a net sieve,and apply juice on your edges after wash,allow to sit for 25 mins,then u can go ahead to deep condition your hair or rinse and follow whatever routine you've planned for the week)..OR
2.IRISH POTATO JUICE (peel the skin of your Irish potatoes,wash and grate,turn grated Irish potato in a net sieve or clean white handkerchief and squeeze to extract potato juice,apply juice on your edges after wash,allow to sit for for 20 mins then u can proceed to deep condition your hair or rinse and follow whatever routine u have planned for the week)...OR
3.RICE WATER (your first parboiled rice water without salt,should be allowed to sit overnight to ferment,then u apply on your edges after wash,allow to sit for 20-25 mins,then u deep condition your hair or rinse and follow whatever routine you've planned for the week)

DAILY APPLICATION:
Choose anyone of the below daily application of your choice(u can make a swap with 2 applications if u wish):
1.Massaging your edges with mix of 1tbs of castor oil+ 3drops of peppermint or eucalyptus oil ..OR
2.Massaging your edges with a mix of 2ts of castor oil + 1tbs of mustard seed oil (either homemade mustard seed oil or store-bought will be ok )...OR
3.Massaging your edges with your moringa shea mix...OR
4. Massaging your edges with cayenne pepper oil as a prepoo before washing your hair(recipe on how to make the cayenne pepper oil will be posted later)...OR
5.Massaging your edges with a mix of 1tbs of pure Amla oil+ 3drops of peppermint or eucalyptus oil.

NOTE:
This challenge has nothing to do with your usual hair regimen or routine,to this regards, your usual regimen shouldn't be overlooked.-The weekly application as described above can be done 2x a week if you wish-This growth challenge ends on the 19th of July 2015. A photo post of your edges after the 19th is expected of you.-Growth after this challenge might not be so massive but you're sure to experience change and improvement.-Whichever application you choose,ensure you stick to it and be committed-If your oil mix runs out,mix another and continue with the process.-Your weekly application should always be made and applied fresh.-Your daily application should be morning and night-Never miss out on your challenge routine(your weekly and daily applications should be religiously followed)
